i have a wiring question?
ok i have taken apart a hand-crank flashlight and taken out the crank generator and motor. i detached the two wires (blue) from the motor to the circuit. my question is can i put a battery pack in and use electrical tape to tape the wires from the battery pack to the wires from the circuit i dont have a soldering iron
you’d want to know what level of volts and amps the generator was creating.
if you matched the battery to that, it should work.
however, it would seem to me that ordinary flashlights are not all that expensive, and your jury rigged flashlight is not going to be as easy to manage.
